Driver/Warehouse Support
General Description
Lee Mechanical is looking for a reliable Driver / Warehouse Support team member to join our growing company. This role combines transportation duties with hands-on support in the warehouse and at job sites. You’ll be an essential part of our operations, helping to ensure timely delivery of materials and maintaining organization within our warehouse.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Load and unload box trucks (Class A CDL required, currently box trucks, future potential for tractor-trailer work)
- Drive to job sites to deliver and pick up equipment, parts, tools, and materials (e.g., sheet metal, pipe, ladders, carts)
- Assist with moving boxes and materials by hand
- Receive and verify incoming shipments, including basic email correspondence to check orders
- Maintain organization of tools and materials in the warehouse
- Put away tools and pull equipment for upcoming jobs
- General shop cleanup and material organization

Minimum Qualifications
- Clean driving record
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
- Ability and willingness to perform manual labor (lifting, carrying, loading)
- Basic familiarity with tools and job-site materials
- Comfortable using a smartphone and computer for texts, emails, and time sheets
- Forklift experience preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Availability to work regular hours from 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM, with potential for overtime
