Benjamin Ungheanu joined the Lee team in 2024 as Director of Electrical, bringing with him over two decades of electrical industry experience.
As an industry veteran, Ben offers Lee a wealth of knowledge and hands-on expertise. He began his career as an apprentice and steadily advanced through nearly every position in the field. This deep understanding of each project role enables Ben to lead teams—whether tackling straightforward builds or complex electrical systems—with insight, excellence, and a commitment to Lee’s high standards.
Ben is known for his “in the trenches” leadership style. He builds and leads high-capacity teams that thrive under pressure and consistently solve customers’ most challenging problems. In his role, he drives project success through his technical acumen, clear communication, and laser focus on delivering best-in-class results. He also ensures budgets, schedules, and project goals are proactively managed from start to finish.
Outside of work, Ben enjoys spending time outdoors, golfing, and being with his wife and three children.
