With over 25 years in the industry, Warnecke’s background makes him a solid asset to the company. He started his career as a union HVAC service technician, quickly transitioning into project and service management. He also has extensive experience leading staff members who install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems in commercial and industrial buildings.
“I’ve worked directly with service and install technicians, dispatch personnel, and other managers to ensure customer satisfaction,” Warnecke states. “Keeping my customers AND my team happy is key.”
When Warnecke is not hard at work on Lee projects, he enjoys spending time with his family, hobbies related to cars and motorcycles, and his passion for woodworking.
