Dave Schmitz began his career in the electrical industry in 1993 and has a track record for working at some of the most respected names in the electrical industry. His experience, along with his education and OSHA 30 and NFPA 70 certifications, make him a valued member of the Lee team.

“Construction is always changing, and each day’s task is different,” Schmitz shared about the challenges in the industry he enjoys. 

Schmitz is also a valued member of his community, which includes years under his belt coaching youth baseball, football, and soccer. As his youngest child heads off to college, Schmitz is excited to be a member of the Richfield Sportsman’s Club and the Hartford Gun Club.

When Schmitz is not working on a Lee project, you can find him golfing, skiing, motorcycle rides, and pheasant hunting.
