Rachel Baclawski

Rachel Baclawski joined the Lee team in 2021 as the Office Manager at Lee’s Oak Creek office. With an organizational background and experience in administration, Baclawski’s focus on performance and tracking is an asset to the whole Lee team.

Baclawski enjoys working with the Lee team and the challenge of each day. “I really enjoy the satisfaction of solving problems, big or small, and making our employee’s day less stressful by creating an enjoyable work environment.”

When Baclawski is not working on a Lee project, you can find her spending time up north with her husband, Aaron, their family and friends, and their dogs. They enjoy four-wheeling and spending time on the lakes.
