Comradery, teamwork, and professionalism. These are the core aspects that help make every day at Lee Mechanical a great place to work for Project Manager Brendan Stimpson.
“I truly enjoy the day-to-day in the office,” shared Stimpson. “We all are willing to help one another, bounce ideas off each other, answer each other’s questions, go out to lunch together, and play the occasional prank on one another.”
Stimpson joined the Lee team in 2021 and brought an industry background as an electrician, a mechanical systems control designer, and a field project manager. He hopes to take advantage of the extensive knowledge of the Lee team to grow as a person and to help give back to the company and Lee’s clients.
“We have such an incredible team of people working in our office with years of experience working both in the field and managing projects,” stated Stimpson.
According to him, it is no surprise that Lee is a successful company. “Companies hire us because we have the level of experience and professionalism in our leadership, combined with our incredible tradespeople, that give us the capability to provide exceptional project delivery and solutions.”
The Lee team, Stimpson included, enjoys the challenges of the company’s diverse portfolio of projects. “We have the ability both in experience and quantity of manpower to provide a comprehensive MEP solution to fulfill the needs of any project.”
When Stimpson is not working on a Lee project, you can find him spending time renovating income properties, playing golf, or fishing. He is an avid hockey fan and has played for more than 30 years.
Stimpson, like Lee Mechanical, enjoys giving back to the community. He volunteers each winter to build/maintain the Center Street Park ice sheets in Milwaukee and coach the Elmbrook Youth Hockey U-6 hockey team.
