Lee selected as major subcontractor for All Star Buick project in Oak Creek based on 40-years of systems construction and maintenance experience.


Allied Plastics

Allied Plastics, a thermoforming & custom vacuum forming company based in Twin Lakes, Wisconsin, called Lee Mechanical when they decided to expand their operations by 50,000 square feet.


Alro Steel

Alro Steel, a metal, industrial supply, and plastic distributor based in Michigan, expanded its 70+ locations and announced the purchase and expansion of their new Milwaukee facility in 2019.


Bloomingdale Woodman’s

Lee Mechanical is proud to be working closely with other local companies on the completion of another location for Woodman’s, having been part of the construction of the Woodman’s Lakemoor, Illinois location in 2019.


Heartland Produce Co.

Lee Mechanical was proud to lay the first pipe at the former Dairyland Greyhound Park, in Kenosha, WI, and is excited to be part of the new Heartland Produce Co. headquarters and distribution center project.


The Historic Barden

Lee is managing all of the plumbing and mechanical work in the 22,000-square-foot project that includes the 15-barrel brewery system that will nearly quadruple Public’s brewing capacity, including a full kitchen and live entertainment venue.



This warehouse/office space bathroom rough-in project at Uline was completed by Lee.


Uline Expansion

Lee Mechanical was part of the team of contractors for Uline’s first expansion, and we are proud to be a part of their growth again.


UW-Parkside Wyllie Hall

University of Wisconsin - Parkside is taking advantage of local talent and expertise by hiring Lee Mechanical and other Kenosha businesses for the new Wyllie Hall renovation project. This project began in 2020.



Lee Mechanical knew when Volkswagen Group of America decided to expand its warehouse and distribution facility in Pleasant Prairie that it would be a perfect project for their team, since Lee Mechanical was part of the team of subcontractors for the construction of the original 250,366 sq. ft building.
