This was an approximately $40 million addition / renovation to the science building. The building was located right next to the lake so there was limited parking and storage areas. We occupied the existing science lab. Using our 3D capabilities along with Timble for the thousands of pipe penetrations (not one missed) and a workforce-second to none, the project was a success for all. Our company took the lead in the MEP to again meet the time frame. Communication, safety and quality follow there.
