“My goal is to train and expand our team of steamfitters to be the BEST in the industry,” shares Frelk.
With his expertise, training, and his team’s dedication, Frelk is well on his way to accomplishing that task.
“I spent several years doing commercial and industrial HVAC service before starting a construction apprenticeship,” shared Frelk. “From there, I quietly worked my way up the ladder.”
One of the highlights of working with Lee Mechanical, according to Frelk, is that everyone cares about their role AND the success of the company.
“We all enjoy the challenge of each Lee project,” he states. “Our customers know we will go above and beyond to ensure they are satisfied.”
It is no surprise to Frelk that Lee Mechanical is a success. He feels the company’s long history, experience, and “the wide pool of talents between all the trades” make the company stand out.
When he is not hard at work on a Lee project, you can find Frelk hunting, fishing, boating, and spending time outdoors with his wife and four sons.
