Katie graduated in May 2024 with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Business from Indiana University South Bend. During her college years, she showcased her dedication and teamwork as a basketball player for five years. Katie also brings valuable professional experience from her role as a Management Trainee at Penske Truck Rental, where she honed her leadership and organizational skills.

She enjoys contributing to the company’s success and values the creative freedom her position provides. When asked what stands out about Lee, Katie highlighted the close-knit community and the genuine effort everyone makes to support one another.

Outside of work, Katie stays active by going for walks, working out, and exploring her love of reading and good food.
