Heather began her journey with Lee Mechanical in 2021 as an Accounting Assistant, quickly advancing to Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist, and now serving as Assistant Controller. With eight years of experience in the construction accounting field, she has worked across multiple areas, including accounts payable, payroll, and financial analysis.

Her strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset have been instrumental in streamlining processes and strengthening financial operations. Heather thrives in the fast-paced and dynamic environment of construction accounting, where she enjoys tackling challenges and finding innovative solutions.

A graduate of Union Grove High School, Heather continued her education at Gateway Technical College in Racine, Wisconsin, where she earned an Associate of Applied Science in Accounting. Her academic background, combined with hands-on industry experience, has allowed her to develop a deep understanding of financial operations within the construction sector.
