AARON GAHAN
Aaron joined Lee Mechanical as a steamfitter in 2021 and quickly became known for his attention to detail and pride in his craft. He appreciates the strong culture and supportive environment at Lee, and he thrives when given the opportunity to build and create. Aaron brings a sense of ownership and artistry to every project, knowing that quality work leaves a lasting impact.
KEVIN MANGOLD
With more than 35 years of welding and steamfitting experience, Kevin Mangold is a powerhouse of knowledge and precision. His passion for the trade began in high school and never wavered. Kevin started in natural gas distribution and has since worked on pipeline and gas distribution projects across the Midwest. His depth of experience and dedication to the job make him a key contributor to our team and our clients’ success.
CHRISTOPHER ESCOBAR
Christopher’s journey is a powerful reminder of what passion and perseverance can accomplish. After high school, he enrolled at Gateway Technical College and passed every welding certification exam within just four months through an accelerated Local 601 program.
“Welding gave me purpose and a life I never believed I could have,” says Escobar.
His story is one of grit, growth, and gratitude—and we’re honored to have him on the Lee team.
EZRA DIAZ
Ezra approaches every day and every weld with one mindset: “I can do it.” That determination paid off when he earned 3rd place in Wisconsin’s State Apprenticeship Contest, proving his skill among the best in the state. Ezra views challenges as opportunities and is always looking for ways to grow in his craft. His attitude and ambition make him a standout teammate and rising star in the welding trade.
