On Wednesday, September 17th, more than 20 Lee Mechanical employees came together for a meaningful day of service at Milwaukee’s iconic Mitchell Park Domes.
In just three hours, our team collected 20 full bags of trash, helping to restore and beautify the park grounds for the local community to enjoy. This project was part of Lee Mechanical’s ongoing commitment to community engagement and environmental stewardship. It provided a chance for our employees to roll up their sleeves, work side by side, and make a visible impact in a cherished public space.
Beyond the cleanup itself, the day was about connection—strengthening our bond as a team and building relationships with members of the Milwaukee County Parks system.
We were humbled by the kind words shared by Julien A. Phifer, Engagement Coordinator with Milwaukee County Parks, who reflected on the collaboration:
“What I appreciated most about working with Lee Mechanical was the strong family vibe they brought to the park. Their team not only showed up ready to work but also took the time to get to know me while learning more about the Milwaukee County Park system. The combination of their warm energy, engaging conversations, and positive attitude—paired with their determination to grab every last piece of trash—made the cleanup both effective and enjoyable.
What makes Lee stand out is the strong sense of family and genuine care they bring to everything they do. It’s clear that the team values not only the work itself but also one another’s roles and contributions. That level of connection and commitment creates a culture that is truly a recipe for success.”
We’re proud of the turnout, enthusiasm, and teamwork our employees brought to this effort. Together, we showed how much of a difference a small group can make in just a few hours.
At Lee Mechanical, we believe in going beyond the job site to build stronger communities. Thank you to everyone who joined us at the Domes. Your hard work made a lasting impact.
