The project began in September 2025 and is scheduled for completion in February 2026. Working under Reprise Homes LLC as the General Contractor, the facility is owned by Delavan Lake Lawn and designed by Fairwyn Development.

For this project, Lee Mechanical is responsible for designing, fabricating, and installing a new sprinkler system, with a total contract value of $109,400. The clubhouse will serve as a recreational space for resort members, featuring a gym, pool, and gathering areas within an estimated 5,000 square feet.

The fire protection scope includes several technical challenges: routing attic piping for a dry sprinkler system, coordinating space with multiple trades in a tight mechanical area on the lower level, and installing system components around 20-foot cathedral ceilings with wood flooring, which required dedicated scaffolding support.

Lee’s team included a designer, construction manager, project manager, fitter/foreman, and apprentice, all working together to deliver a safe, efficient, and high-quality installation for this new amenity at Lake Lawn Resort.
