Working in collaboration with General Contractor Scherrer Construction, this project supports the district’s ongoing investment in safe, modern learning environments. Construction is scheduled to take place between October 2025 and April 2026, with careful coordination around student breaks to minimize disruption to daily school operations.

As part of this project, Lee Mechanical is responsible for installing the fire sprinkler system, designed to meet current code requirements and support long-term safety goals. School construction presents unique challenges, particularly when work takes place on an active campus and requires careful coordination around other trades, especially in tight, confined areas such as locker rooms.
