Lee Mechanical was proud to participate in the second annual PMSMCA Youth Apprenticeship Signing Event held at Milwaukee Tool, where more than 40 high school students from across Southeastern Wisconsin took an important step toward careers in the skilled trades.

The event, organized through the Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development Youth Apprenticeship Program, recognized students committing to registered apprenticeship pathways in plumbing, steamfitting, and sheet metal trades. Lee Mechanical was honored to support and recognize several students entering apprenticeship opportunities connected to our team and union partners:
