Founded in Kenosha in 1976, Lee Mechanical has grown from a one-person plumbing operation into one of Wisconsin’s leading Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, and Refrigeration contractors. That growth has accelerated in recent years, expanding from $32 million in revenue just six years ago to $161 million in 2025, with a team that has grown to more than 420 employees.
