Joseph Hofman
Chief Operating Officer
In February 2026, Joe Hofman was promoted to Chief Operating Officer after serving as Vice President of Construction and previously as Vice President of Preconstruction in July 2024. Hofman, who joined Lee Mechanical in 2023, holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from the Milwaukee School of Engineering and has pursued project management studies at the University of Texas at Austin.
His extensive background in AutoCAD, HVAC, plumbing, value engineering, scheduling, procurement, cost management, and BIM will be pivotal as he directs sales and project management activities in his new role.
Throughout his career, Hofman has successfully managed a wide range of projects, consistently ensuring on-time completion, adherence to budget, and the highest quality standards. His expertise in value engineering and cost management has enabled him to optimize resources while maintaining the integrity of each project.
Prior to joining Lee Mechanical, Hofman spent 17 years at Ahern, where he concluded his tenure as a Regional Construction Manager.
