Larry Toniazzo

Larry Toniazzo serves as Director of Refrigeration at Lee Mechanical, bringing decades of experience in refrigeration, facilities engineering, operations management, and business development. His extensive background includes leading complex maintenance programs, optimizing commercial refrigeration systems, and improving operational efficiency for large organizations.

Larry holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee and has earned Lean Six Sigma White Belt and EPA Universal certifications. His combination of technical knowledge, operational expertise, and strategic leadership enables him to deliver practical, customer-focused refrigeration solutions for commercial and industrial clients.

Known for his collaborative leadership style, Larry believes the best outcomes come from teamwork and open communication. He values the diverse perspectives each team member brings and is committed to building strong relationships with customers by delivering reliable service, innovative solutions, and exceptional results.
