Ken Ahler

President

In February 2026, Kenneth Ahler was named President of Lee after serving as Chief Operating Officer and previously as Vice President of Construction. Ahler, who joined Lee Mechanical in 2019, brings valuable industry experience dating back to 2002 and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. His credentials include being a Licensed Professional Engineer and holding both a Wisconsin HVAC Qualifier License and an Automatic Fire Sprinkler Contractor License.

In his new role, Ahler will oversee daily operations, implement business strategies, manage resources and budgets, improve operational efficiencies, and ensure alignment with company goals.

Ahler takes great satisfaction in a job well done. “I enjoy seeing the jobs we help engineer, estimate, and hand over to our skilled mechanics get successfully built to our customers’ satisfaction.”

When Ahler is not hard at work for Lee’s customers, you can find him coaching or watching his kids play soccer or basketball. He also enjoys participating in Boy Scouts with his son.
