To enhance energy efficiency and maintain a comfortable environment for both patients and staff, Lee Mechanical replaced two aging rooftop units with new Carrier rooftop units. Our team handled all mechanical aspects, including disconnection and reconnection of gas lines, electrical components, and building automation systems.

One of the key challenges was the integration of the new equipment into the existing Building Automation System (BAS). Lee worked closely with TEC to ensure seamless coordination, testing, and functionality, allowing the clinic to resume normal operations without disruption.
