This was an approximately $40 million addition / renovation to the Straz Science Building, on the Carthage College campus. The building was located right next to Lake Michigan, so there was limited parking and storage areas.

Using our 3D capabilities along with Trimble for the thousands of pipe penetrations (not one missed) and a workforce that is second to none, the project was a success for all. Our company took the lead in the MEP to again meet the time frame. Communication, safety and quality follow there.
