Lee Mechanical was proud to be part of the growth in Hartford, WI. Lee provided electrical and plumbing services to Festival Foods, located in Hartford Plaza, in the previous home of Kmart and Sentry Foods in 2022. Located on over 17 acres of land, this location marked over 31 full-service, state-of-the-art Festival Foods supermarkets in Wisconsin.
The grocery store project included the complete demolition of the existing 70,213 sq. ft. location and a build-back with all new electrical and plumbing. This location was expected to bring about 200 new full-time and part-time jobs to the community.
Up to 20 Lee team employees were involved in the construction at the project’s height, from the initial removal of original electrical and plumbing to the new build and installation. Using advanced Trimble Layout technology, Lee’s team of professionals were involved from the beginning, using their expertise in the design-build of the electrical and plumbing.
The Lee team worked closely with other trades and the general contractor, DBS Group LLC, from Onalaska, WI.
