The Target bullseye is receiving a facelift in Oshkosh, WI, with help from the Lee Mechanical team.

This project involved Lee’s expertise in sheet metal fabrication and plumbing. The Oshkosh Target store has remained operational throughout this project, requiring Lee’s team and other contractors to work around different schedules, space issues, and noise considerations.

“It is always a unique and interesting challenge to conduct a thorough renovation while a store is still open,” shared Barber.

Lee Mechanical worked with other contractors on the store’s overall renovation, closely following the plan and spec design provided by the project architect, MG2, and direction from the general contractor, Mortenson Construction.

“The project was well-planned and executed,” said Barber.

Project highlights:

  • Numerous contractors to coordinate with
  • Target store remained open for customers
  • Lee focused on sheet metal fabrication and plumbing projects
  • Noise abatement procedures had to planned
