Project Overview

Uline, a family-owned distributor of shipping, industrial and packaging materials, first moved to Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin over a decade ago. The company’s very first buildings there were a 275,000 square-foot headquarters and a million-square-foot warehouse. Lee Mechanical was part of the team of contractors for Uline’s first expansion, and we are proud to be a part of their growth again.

Uline is adding two buildings and 350 jobs in Kenosha, Wisconsin with a $130 million expansion project.

Lee Mechanical is managing all of the plumbing service for both their nearly 1.1 million sq. ft. W8 Distribution Center  and their secondary  I7 facility, of nearly 644,000 sq. ft. These two buildings will complete the four-building campus Uline has been constructing over the last several years.
