Lee Mechanical delivered a comprehensive HVAC design-build solution for Wildeck’s 57,000-square-foot office addition. The new space required reliable climate control, high efficiency, and a modern aesthetic. Leveraging advanced rooftop units (RTUs), variable air volume (VAV) systems, and exposed spiral ductwork, we created an environment that seamlessly integrates comfort, energy optimization, and contemporary design.

Rooftop Units (RTUs)

  • High-Efficiency Packaged Systems: Installed RTUs featuring economizers, using outdoor air for “free cooling” and reducing overall energy consumption.
  • Variable-Speed Fans: Enhanced airflow control with precise modulations, balancing occupant comfort with operational savings.

Variable Air Volume (VAV) System

  • Zoned Temperature Control: Implemented VAV boxes to tailor airflow to specific areas, ensuring optimal comfort throughout the building.

Exposed Spiral Ductwork
