Lee Mechanical is proud to partner on the construction of the Woodman’s Markets Racine Store, a key component of the Regency Mall redevelopment—a $39.4 million Racine project being spearheaded by Hull Property Group. Spanning 19 acres, this development features a 243,500 sq. ft. grocery store, a 2,174 sq. ft. car wash, and a 3,078 sq. ft. lube center, bringing valuable services and amenities to the Racine community.

In addition to the grocery store, the project includes a gas station and car wash, all of which are expected to bring approximately 234 jobs to the Racine area, further enhancing the local economy.

Coordinating the underground plumbing with refrigeration systems presented unique challenges, as the design often remains in flux until just before the floor pour. With decades of experience and an unwavering commitment to precision, Lee Mechanical has achieved the incredible feat of never missing a case drain location—out of thousands installed across multiple projects.

This success is a testament to the leadership of our superintendent and foreman, as well as our proactive communication with the owner and subcontractors. Utilizing the latest in Trimble technology, we take pride in setting the standard for excellence in plumbing coordination and installation.

Project Highlights:

Lee Mechanical is committed to delivering high-quality results, ensuring this project meets the needs of the community while showcasing innovation and collaboration in every phase.
