Amanda joined Lee in May 2024. She brings a wealth of experience from her previous roles, including her time as an Accounts Receivable Specialist at the Building Trades Pension. There, she worked closely with employers and union members, handling complex transactions and ensuring smooth operations. Amanda’s leadership experience in inside sales teams has also equipped her with a unique skill set, allowing her to provide exceptional support to both internal and external customers at Lee Mechanical. She holds an Associate’s Degree in Business Management from Waukesha Community Technical College in Pewaukee and was recognized as a member of the National Honor Society.

Outside of work, Amanda enjoys spending time with her family, participating in races alongside her husband and son, and staying active through running and walking. She’s also passionate about breeding quality French Bulldogs, which speaks to her love of animals. What Amanda loves most about her job is being one of the first points of contact for customers. She takes pride in making a lasting impression and ensuring that every interaction is positive. The team atmosphere at Lee is what stands out to her the most, as it fosters a sense of collaboration and fun, making work an enjoyable experience.
