Allan’s career spans extensive roles, including 22 years as a foreman, 6+ years as a superintendent, and 5 years in project and account management. His depth of experience in both field services and project sales has equipped him with the expertise to lead high-impact projects from start to finish, always with a focus on precision and client satisfaction.

Allan’s commitment to professional development is evident in his certifications and training. He’s a Journeyman Steamfitter, certified in OSHA 30, EPA Universal, and multiple welding qualifications, ensuring the highest safety and quality standards in his work. He also holds an Associate Degree in HVAC, Drafting, and Welding from Milwaukee Area Technical College.

What Allan loves most about his role is working closely with customers to develop solutions tailored to their specific needs. “I find great satisfaction in seeing the final product and building successful partnerships that last,” he shares. For Allan, each project’s success represents a collaborative effort and the start of a meaningful, long-term client relationship.

When he’s not at Lee, Allan enjoys a fulfilling life with his wife of 23 years and their four children in Vernon, WI. An avid outdoorsman, he loves fishing, brewing beer, and staying active. Allan is also dedicated to youth sports, with a background in supervising wrestling and swimming programs, and he continues to be involved in his community through these activities.
