At Lee Mechanical, we believe that family extends beyond the workplace.

When one of our team members is facing a challenge, we come together to support them in every way we can. Today, we’re asking our extended Lee family — friends, partners, customers, and community members — to join us in supporting a cause that is especially close to our hearts.

Our very own Molly Banaszynski’s niece, Morgan, was born with Pierpont Syndrome, a rare genetic disorder. This condition presents many challenges, requiring round-the-clock care and specialized support. Despite these obstacles, Morgan has grown into a strong, resilient young woman whose determination and spirit inspire everyone around her.

Morgan’s family is working to secure her acceptance into Communities of Crocus, a facility that provides 24/7 comprehensive care in a nurturing, community-focused environment. This would give her not only the medical and daily support she needs, but also a sense of belonging and an opportunity to thrive.

Molly, who is both Morgan’s aunt and godmother, shared her heartfelt perspective:

“Being a godmother is always a special honor, but being the godmother of Miss Morgan is even more special because she has brought our lives (especially mine) unbelievable strength, understanding, and unconditional love. Watching her grow up into a strong, resilient woman is something that is truly remarkable. Her passion to survive all her life obstacles no matter how big has been a true inspiration. She is a true gift. I want to see her continue to grow and truly feel that being in a place like Communities of Crocus would continue that growth. Having her needs taken care of 24/7 while incorporating the best sense of community is where she should be. Any help for my godchild, Little Miss Morgan, is greatly appreciated more than you will ever know. Thanks for your love and support.”
