HVAC Senior Estimator
Shelbie Tobias is an HVAC Senior Estimator at Lee Mechanical, where she helps build accurate bids for projects ranging from schools and hospitals to warehouses and other commercial facilities. By reviewing plans, specifications, and estimating details, she helps set projects up for success before work begins in the field. Shelbie enjoys the constant learning that comes with an evolving industry and values Lee's inclusive, growth-oriented culture.
Kurt Nowak
Vice President of Fire Protection and Mechanical
Kurt Nowak leads Lee Mechanical's Fire Protection and Mechanical divisions, overseeing the standards, operations, and direction of work that is, by its nature, non-negotiable. In his role, Kurt is responsible for ensuring that every system installed meets the highest level of performance, not for compliance alone, but because lives depend on it. His leadership connects field execution to company-wide accountability.
Cade Pisca
Refrigeration Repairman
As a Refrigeration Repairman at Lee Mechanical, Cade Pisca works across a wide range of environments, from servicing refrigeration equipment in supermarkets to installing new systems for commercial businesses. With four years at Lee, Cade’s role combines technical troubleshooting, system installation, and customer interaction, ensuring refrigeration systems operate reliably while building strong, long-term client relationships.

Lee Mechanical Unveils Caledonia Fabrication & Logistics Facility
On Monday, March 23, 2026, we celebrated an exciting milestone with an internal ribbon cutting at our new Caledonia Fabrication & Logistics Facility, located at 4321 Carol Rd.
