My primary role in the BIM department is to create Revit families, design automations, and internal tools to help our coordinators go faster and support them.

Technology has changed construction so much because we have access to all of our information so much faster. We're integrating new technologies every day, so our teams have the best available to them.

The tech I use most often is Revit, Power Automate, and Power Apps.

I like to collaborate with teams by seeing where their pinch points are and where they're having the most trouble, and then design solutions that can increase their efficiency and help them do a better job.

The project I'm most proud of being a part of is Track and Stack, our new inventory system for our Caledonia Fabrication and Logistics Facility. I developed it over several months with a lot of help from our team here at Lee.

The most impactful part of my job is getting to help people every day. I get to troubleshoot with them and make sure they're working as efficiently as possible.

What I'd say to someone looking to join Lee is: do it. We're always looking for new members to the team, and there's always room to grow here at Lee.

What Heather enjoys most is problem solving, digging into issues and building new processes that make the department more efficient and prevent problems down the road.

    Mark Rogers works in the Yard and Warehouse division at Lee Mechanical, where for a little over two years he's handled scheduling, logistics, unloading trucks, and doing whatever it takes to make his coworkers' days easier. His favorite part of the job is the people — a busy crew that always lends a helping hand and still finds time to laugh while getting the work done. Mark takes pride in serving the company's 400-plus employees, getting them what they need when they need it, and keeping everything running smoothly through clear communication.
