Lee Mechanical celebrated Women in Construction Week with team events, a Lunch & Learn, and the support of S.H.E at Lee, a group dedicated to Strength, Hard Work, and Empowerment for women in construction.

Celebrate Women in Construction Week 2026 with Lee Mechanical as we recognize the women strengthening careers, communities, and Wisconsin’s MEPF industry.

This project was part of Lee Mechanical’s ongoing commitment to community engagement and environmental stewardship. It provided a chance for our employees to roll up their sleeves, work side by side, and make a visible impact in a cherished public space.

At Lee Mechanical, we believe family extends beyond the workplace. Today, we’re rallying together to support Morgan, the niece of our teammate, Molly Banaszynski. Born with Pierpont Syndrome, a rare genetic disorder, Morgan is working toward acceptance into Communities of Crocus, a facility that can provide the 24/7 care and community she deserves.
