Safety Director
Todd Leonhardt joined Lee Mechanical in 2023 as Safety Director, bringing valuable experience from his previous role as a Safety Manager. He is an OSHA Authorized Trainer and a First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor through the National Safety Council, equipping him with the expertise to lead safety initiatives across the company.
At Lee, Todd’s top priority is ensuring that every team member returns home safely to their loved ones each day. His dedication to creating a safe workplace reflects his passion for protecting people and building a culture of care and responsibility.
Beyond his professional role, Todd is deeply committed to giving back to the community. He has served as a grade school and middle school football coach and volunteers with organizations including the Salvation Army, DCFS, and Big Brothers.
Todd’s leadership in safety and his commitment to community service make him a valued member of the Lee Mechanical team.
