Jesse Cefalu

Jesse Cefalu serves as the Vice President of Service at Lee Mechanical, bringing nearly three decades of diverse experience across HVAC, plumbing, underground, and fire protection disciplines. Throughout his career, Jesse has built a reputation for technical expertise, strong leadership, and an unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Jesse began his career as a field refrigeration fitter, spending 10 years honing his craft and developing a deep understanding of mechanical systems in real-world applications. After a decade in the field, he transitioned into service project management, where he spent 7 years managing teams, projects, and client relationships. His career continued to evolve as he took on roles in data center cooling development management for 4 years, an area where he expanded his technical skill set and earned a Certificate in Data Center Design & Cooling Engineering. He later advanced into project management and branch development, successfully leading teams and initiatives for another 7 years before taking on his current leadership position at Lee Mechanical.

A graduate of the Local 601 Apprenticeship Program, Jesse also studied construction project management and data center design and cooling engineering, giving him a strong foundation in both field and technical disciplines. His well-rounded background allows him to approach service operations from both a strategic and hands-on perspective.

As Vice President of Service, Jesse thrives on collaboration, working closely with teams to develop, implement, and maintain innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of clients. He is passionate about mentoring others, building strong relationships, and ensuring every project upholds Lee Mechanical’s standards of quality and reliability. Jesse embraces the ongoing challenge of staying current with rapidly evolving equipment technologies and product innovations, recognizing that continuous learning is essential to sustaining long-term success in the mechanical contracting industry.
