#Safetyfirst is not just a “hashtag” to Lee Mechanical’s Safety Specialist Alex Trusky; it is his job.

“My goal is to ensure that everyone goes home safely and we have an outstanding safety record,” shares Trusky. “As well as provide our employees with the training and knowledge to safely perform their jobs.”

Trusky, who joined the Lee team in 2021, has several years of industry experience with well-known companies such as Hunzinger Construction, Clark Construction, and Michels Corporation. This background, training, and education make Trusky a critical component of Lee’s safety initiatives.

“I enjoy ensuring that we provide our customers with a safe job site and quality product,” states Trusky. “Training people on the industry’s best safety practices helps to ensure everyone goes home at the end of the day.”

Lee Mechanical stands out, according to Trusky, because the company has the experience and knowledge to provide a full-service MEP to any customer for any size project. He also attributes the team’s success to the “family atmosphere the company provides and the care everyone puts in to ensure that the customer gets the best product possible.”

Trusky enjoys the challenge of the variety of projects that the Lee Mechanical team faces. “Educating and helping people get the job done safely and efficiently is something that I enjoy,” stated Trusky. “Training people on the industry’s best safety practices helps to ensure everyone goes home at the end of the day, and that is my goal.”

When Trusky is not hard at work for the Lee team, you can find him enjoying time with his daughters or at the gym. His favorite hobby is, in his words, chasing his energetic girls around their house and taking them to gymnastics and the zoo.
