Teamwork, talent, and raw skill are the characteristics that Lee’s Senior Project Manager, Brian J. Zimmer, believes are the driving force behind Lee Mechanical’s success.

“The growth we’ve had at Lee Mechanical is because of the team we’ve assembled. I believe we lead the market with the amount of talent we have under one roof, office, and field. Many members of Team Lee come with multiple years of experience. The talent is very diverse, allowing us to deliver a complete quality product meeting and often exceeding the customer’s expectations,” shared Zimmer.

Zimmer has extensive experience as a sheet metal journeyman and foreman. He also has an impressive background working as an estimator, project manager, and designer of engineered HVAC systems. He understands the importance of hard work, dedication, and goals when working with the Lee team. “One of my goals at Lee Mechanical is to use my talents and skills to help with the company’s growth,” stated Zimmer. “I also want  to encourage others to be their best and share their strengths with the rest of the team to foster growth as an organized team working together.”

Zimmer pushes his team to strive for excellence and to work as a team. He truly enjoys the extensive problem-solving involved in various projects with the talented plumbing, HVAC, and electrical experts at Lee. He also enjoys the opportunity to meet and get to know his customers.

When Zimmer is not working on a Lee project, you can find him on the water boating, waterskiing, wakeboarding, or out golfing, biking, downhill skiing,  or hunting.
