A Day in the Life with Brittany Campos

Brittany Campos, Senior Project Manager

Brittany Campos is a Senior Project Manager at Lee Mechanical who brings 13 years of industry experience to complex healthcare projects. She thrives on the variety that comes with balancing project priorities, supporting teams, and helping plans come to life in the field. Brittany values Lee's collaborative culture and the opportunity to keep growing into larger roles and projects.

"If you're someone that likes to be challenged and wants to grow, this would be a great place to do it."

The projects I like to work on are larger, more complex, specifically in healthcare. That's been one of my main focuses coming here to Lee is helping grow that part of our company.
If someone were to ask me what my typical workday is, there really is no answer to that. No two days are the same.
My favorite part of the job is being able to use my engineering background. I get to work with different trades individuals, and really see how a design job gets built in the field.
My role requires a lot of different tools and technologies, but one of my favorites is Microsoft Project because it helps coordinate schedules while tying in costs and tracking them throughout the project.
What makes Lee different is that you are truly encouraged and supported to grow into larger roles and projects.
The crews at Lee are very collaborative. Everyone from the field to the office is truly trying to work together.
If you're someone that likes to be challenged and wants to grow, this would be a great place to do it.
