"My favorite part of the job is being somewhere new every day and building good relationships with customers."

I work as a refrigeration technician, handling everything from servicing existing refrigeration equipment in supermarkets to installing brand-new systems for commercial businesses. The variety keeps the job interesting and challenging.
Every day is different. I’m often in a new location, working with different customers and systems. That variety is one of the biggest things I enjoy about the role.
Being somewhere new every day and building relationships with customers. Over time, you get to know the people you’re working with, and that trust makes the job more rewarding.
The crew I work with is extremely talented and always willing to help. Everyone wants to see each other succeed, and there’s a strong sense of teamwork no matter what the day brings.
You’re constantly learning. There’s always new equipment, new systems, and new challenges, which keeps the work engaging and helps you grow professionally.
If you want to learn something new every day and build a rewarding career, Lee Mechanical is the place to be.
