A Day in the Life with Luke Kiselicka

Luke Kiselicka, Project Manager

As a Project Manager at Lee Mechanical, Luke Kiselicka oversees large commercial plan-and-spec projects, along with select industrial work. With four years at Lee, Luke manages projects from early planning through final completion, staying closely connected to both the technical details and the bigger picture. His role blends coordination, technology, and hands-on involvement to keep complex projects moving forward.

"I get to see the project from the very start all the way to the end. That hands-on involvement is what I enjoy most."

I primarily work on larger commercial plan-and-spec projects, along with some industrial work. These projects require detailed coordination and consistent communication to keep everything aligned from start to finish.
I’m involved throughout the entire project lifecycle, from preplanning and drawings to execution and closeout. That full visibility allows me to stay hands-on and make sure everything comes together the way it should.
Technology plays a big role. Computers, email, and digital drawings are essential tools for reviewing plans, coordinating teams, and keeping projects on track.
Lee is always working toward something bigger. We’re progressing forward with technology and investing in how we work, while also bringing up the younger generation and preparing them for the future of the industry.
The hands-on aspect. Being involved from the very beginning through completion lets you see the impact of your work and how all the pieces fit together.
What are you waiting for? This is the future, and this is the now. Lee Mechanical is moving forward, and it’s a great place to grow your career.
