"I take pride in making sure everything that leaves the shop is done right — quality is what sets us apart."

My name is Ryan Clark, and I’m the Sheet Metal Shop Foreman here at Lee Mechanical. I’ve been in the sheet metal trade for a number of years and enjoy being part of a company that values quality and teamwork.
Most of my work revolves around fabricating ductwork and custom sheet metal pieces for large commercial and industrial HVAC systems. Every project has different specifications, so there’s always something new to take on.
I start by reviewing project drawings and making sure the team has everything they need for the day. From there, I oversee the fabrication process, check quality, and help out wherever needed. It’s about keeping the shop running smoothly while hitting deadlines.
I enjoy the craftsmanship — taking flat sheets of metal and turning them into something that fits perfectly into a system. Seeing the finished product come together is always satisfying.
We use plasma cutters, brakes, and shears, along with modern shop technology that allows us to fabricate with precision. It’s a mix of tried-and-true methods and newer equipment that improves efficiency.
Lee has a real focus on doing the job right the first time. They give us the tools and support we need to make quality a priority, and that makes all the difference.
They’re hardworking and dependable. Everyone takes pride in what they do, and we work together to make sure every project is a success.
I like that it’s hands-on and detail-oriented. You can see the results of your work, and you know it’s going to make a difference in how a system performs.
I’d tell them it’s a great place to grow your career. You’ll work on challenging projects, learn from experienced people, and be part of a team that takes pride in doing things the right way.
