Brandon Quinn

In 2024, Brandon Quinn was named Principal and CEO of Lee Mechanical, marking a significant leadership transition during a period of exceptional growth for the company. Since becoming owners in 2018, Quinn and Frank Ruffolo have driven Lee Mechanical’s exponential expansion, fueled by a commitment to innovation and a strategic vision shaped by the company’s leadership team.
Quinn previously served as Chief Operating Officer from 2019 to 2024 and has played a pivotal role in the company’s success since joining in 2008, following the completion of both plumbing and steamfitter apprenticeships. His dedication to professional growth is evident through his continued education, including participation in the Advanced Leadership Institute organized by the MCAA. This commitment reflects Quinn’s proactive leadership style and focus on continuous improvement within the organization.
Under Quinn’s stewardship, Lee Mechanical has thrived—most notably through the strategic integration of technology and innovation. He played a key role in the decision to consolidate the company’s headquarters in Franklin, a move aimed at fostering greater cohesion and supporting long-term growth. The new facility is designed to accommodate the company’s recent expansion while preparing for future needs, laying a solid foundation for ongoing success.
Outside of work, Quinn enjoys spending time with his three children—Baylee, Brayden, and Bentlyn—at their home in Franksville. The family loves exploring the outdoors together through four-wheeling, dirt biking, and camping. Quinn credits his family for keeping him grounded, teaching him patience, and reminding him of what truly matters.
