Lee Mechanical is a success, according to Lee Project Manager Dan Wang, because the company is composed of some of the best in the industry.

“I believe we have some great people that are the best in their field, and we are always looking for people like that. With that comes the opportunity to provide an efficient process, new ideas, and a better product for our customers,” he stated.

Wang joined the Lee team in 2019 and brought a plethora of experience ranging from pipe fitting to a superintendent to a project foreman. He is a lifelong fan of learning and enjoys picking up tips from the talent surrounding him at Lee.

“It is my goal to expand my knowledge of field experience and project management. I believe we have some of the best in the business, and I would like to learn from them as much as possible.”

Wang also attributes Lee’s ongoing success to the company’s work ethic and goal of delivering projects on time and on budget. “I think Lee goes above and beyond for their customers time and time again. We are often expected to meet impossible deadlines, and we deliver on that,” he stated.

Wang enjoys a good challenge, and he appreciates the opportunity to serve Lee’s customers better. “One of the best parts of my job is collaborating with industry leaders on how to better provide for our customers. Sometimes that would be providing solutions to problems or inefficiencies that our customers experience with their current systems. Other times, it’s by being able to develop unique ways to manage a project to meet strict deadlines. There are always ways for any mechanical contractor to better perform on projects, and Lee is dedicated to finding those ways.”

When Wang is not working on a Lee project, you can find him hunting, fishing, golfing, or at home, enjoying time with his family. His family is also dedicated to helping the Make A Wish Foundation.
