With extensive experience in project management, Lee’s Project Manager, David Ruffalo, knows what it takes to get the job done and, according to him, Lee Mechanical has it in spades.

“Companies should work with Lee Mechanical because of our people,” he stated. “Our talented team has vast experience in both commercial and industrial projects.”  Ruffalo also attributes Lee’s success to the leadership and enthusiasm the team maintains.

Ruffalo joined Lee Mechanical in 2020. Along with his background in management, he has experience in construction and steamfitting. He enjoys the variety of work that comes with Lee Mechanical.

“Every day is different, and I enjoy the challenge of that,” states Ruffalo. “In my field, the flow never stops, and yet you still have to service, repair, or replace equipment as needed, which can require advance planning to keep the various plant operations active while our work is going on.

When Ruffalo is not hard at work for the Lee team, you can find him relaxing at his camper, hanging out with the grandkids, riding his bike, or going to the Roma Lodge. You might also find him through his community work as the Village of Caledonia Utility District Commissioner or coaching youth football (with teams he coached through several championships!). Lastly, he would not want you to forget his time with his buddy, Dino, his special needs rescue dog.
