“WOW” is what Joey Dufrane, Lee’s Senior Service Project Manager, wants customers to remember when it comes to Lee Mechanical.

“It is my goal to grow the service department to be the best and largest service team in Wisconsin and to “WOW” our customers with extraordinary customer service,” he shared.

Dufrane joined Lee Mechanical in 2021. He has a long-standing history in the field, having started in HVAC in 1995. His extensive experience in sales and project management helped him quickly realize what Lee offers to the industry. “Lee is committed to a safe work environment, quality, integrity, excellence, and providing our clients the best possible value. Our team of talented and hard-working employees has the knowledge and experience from the industry to help provide our customers with solutions while providing them the best possible value, and we work together to achieve this for our customer.”

With his background and training from Carroll University, Dufrane is an asset to the Lee team, and it is that team atmosphere that adds to Dufrane’s enjoyment of his job. “The team atmosphere and great company culture are one of my favorite aspects of Lee,” he stated. “Everyone on the team is working towards a common vision for the company, and we are devoted to the success of the company, our customers, and each other.”

When Dufrane is not hard at work for the Lee team, you can find him spending time in the great outdoors. He enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, fishing, skiing, or hunting.
