Company history, education, and a drive to deliver the BEST are some of the characteristics that make Jeff Reiter Lee Mechanical’s top-notch Plumbing Superintendent.

A member of the Lee team since 1990 and promoted to Plumbing Superintendent in 2021, Reiter’s training and education are helping to lead the Lee plumbing department into a continuous path of growth and improvement.

“It is my goal to effectively man our projects with the right people, to ensure that the work we are doing meets our highest standards, and to collaborate with the field and office to continue to help Lee grow,” states Reiter.

With a solid history of excellence working with the City of Kenosha Parks, Streets, and Waste Divisions, Reiter’s experience and history make him an asset to Lee’s customers. He truly enjoys working with his team and the challenges of each day.

“I enjoy the variety and challenges inherent in building something tangible that fulfills or exceeds Lee’s customers’ expectations,” shared Reiter. “Our team is built on a background of experience, skill, and pride in delivering the best possible product to our customers.”

In Reiter’s mind, it is no wonder why Lee Mechanical is the best in the area. “We have the diversity of experience and willingness to adapt to the challenges of our industry,” he shared. “And, even though Lee has experienced tremendous growth, Lee continues to treat all as if they are family.”

When Reiter is not hard at work with the Lee team, he enjoys spending time with his wife riding motorcycles in the summer and bird hunting in colder seasons with his German Wirehaired Pointer.
