These are just TWO of the checkpoints that Lee Mechanical’s Senior Project Manager, Joe Bellmann, targets for his team. Reaching these objectives is based on, according to Bellmann, the team’s “exceptional craftsmanship and responsiveness.”

“Our team’s versatility and willingness to help each other, along with the variety of backgrounds from all disciplines, are what make Lee standout,” he added.

Bellmann joined Lee Mechanical in 2021. He has extensive experience in project management, sales, and labor coordination. Bellmann is also an award-winning steam-fitter and has training from UW-Madison, MATC, United Association Instructor Training Program, and Washtenaw Community College in Ann Arbor, MI.

Bellmann enjoys the challenge of his job and working with Lee’s customers. “I enjoy finding solutions to customers’ problems and being able to deliver our solutions in an efficient and timely manner,” he shared.

He is confident that the Lee team will continue to grow and thrive. “Lee’s ambitious goals for the industry will continue to provide the drive to remain at the top for a long time to come,” he shared. “Each new project we complete, on-time and on-budget, just adds to our growing reputation.”

When Bellmann is not hard at work for the Lee team, you can find him enjoying the outdoors on his snowmobile or on an ATV/UTV in northern Wisconsin.
