PLUMBING PROJECT MANAGER

With over two decades of experience in plumbing, Lee Mechanical’s Plumbing Project Manager, Adam DeBaere, knows a thing or two.

“There is an art to plumbing,” shares DeBaere. “I like the challenge of using my skills and knowledge to find solutions for our customers.”

DeBaere’s background, which also includes extensive experience in retail, automotive, and agriculture, is a win-win for his team and Lee’s clients. In addition, his fast rise from Apprentice to Master Plumber is a testament to his work ethic.

“I believe hard work and dedication make the difference,” states DeBaere. “I want our clients to know that, when we are done, their project is top-of-the-line finished!”

When DeBaere is not working hard on Lee projects, he enjoys spending time with his family, being active in his local church, and volunteering as a Youth Group Leader in Mt. Zion.
