“I enjoy the process of problem-solving,” shares Davis. “Especially when it comes to our customers and all the project details involved. It is satisfying to see each job come to fruition.”
No stranger to detail and project management, Davis boasts over 20 years of experience in the industry, with 12 of those years as a foreman. He has been part of the Lee team since 2020.
“Working with Lee’s group of talented and dedicated people is inspiring,” states Davis. However, he does admit that one of his favorite aspects of his job is helping to train the younger team members for the future.
When Davis is not hard at work on a Lee project, you can find him spending time with his wife, two kids, and two dogs. The family especially enjoys their time at their cabin in Minocqua and out on the lake.
