Dawson Povolo, a dedicated Project Engineer at Lee Mechanical, joined the company in 2022. With a robust foundation in mechanical engineering, he earned his Bachelor’s Degree from the Milwaukee School of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering, graduating in ’22.

One of Dawson’s core passions is continual learning and growth, a characteristic that aligns perfectly with his role at Lee Mechanical. He believes that the team in the office plays a crucial role in his positive experience, emphasizing that the supportive environment they cultivate significantly encourages learning.

When not immersed in engineering projects, Dawson’s interests lean towards the great outdoors. He is an enthusiast of both golf and fishing.
